Our standard service fee begins at $150, which includes travel to the client’s location, setup of our equipment, and up to one hour of in-home hearing support.

If the hearing or on-site support extends beyond the first hour, additional time is billed at $75 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.

Every visit includes travel to the client’s location, use of our equipment for virtual court access, tech support, and any optional follow-up communication.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All services must be paid in advance.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for unused time. If a hearing ends earlier than expected, the full amount paid will still apply. If a hearing runs longer than the time reserved, additional time will be billed at $75 per hour, in 30-minute increments. An invoice will be sent following the appointment, and payment is due upon receipt.

We serve clients throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. For appointments outside our standard service area, a long-distance travel fee may apply. Final costs will be confirmed at booking.
